I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Downtown! The front desk staff was super friendly and made checking in a breeze. Our room was cozy with a mini fridge, perfect for snacks after a night out at the local karaoke spots. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety that helped kick-start our day!

Great staff but parking struggle

I really liked the friendly staff and clean rooms during my stay. The picnic area was nice too! One big headache was the parking, though. We had a tough time squeezing our truck in—had to maneuver a lot. Also, not enough coffee for two people kinda stung.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Old Salem and the Coliseum, both close and fun. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. AC worked well, making our stay pleasant. Just wish the breakfast plates weren't all disposable. Overall, solid value for a group trip.

The hotel doesn't use the messaging system effectively, making it hard to contact them for special requests.

Our one night stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, it was unbearably hot, and the dining options were quite limited and not what we expected. It felt off!

Our mornings were brightened by the delightful breakfast spread. The variety kept us satisfied for both days, and the coffee was always available. What a treat!

However, the noisy nights in our suite made it hard to catch quality sleep. Parties in the hall were disruptive and frustrating, leaving us exhausted.
